Neuro Somatic Intelligence
Neuro-Somatic Intelligence is a simple, but powerful approach to healing, creating change and resolving trauma that does not require revisiting or reliving the past It is a non-medical, non-pathologizing approach that utilizes simple exercises designed to target specific brain areas and the body's senses with the minimum amount of activity to increase healthy regulation in the nervous system. These exercises are designed to facilitate change and positive adaptation without overstimulating or pushing past your body's boundaries.
Neuro-somatic tools bridge the gap between mindset and body allowing you to build resilience and make changes that put your mind and body back on the same page without risking side-effects of overwhelm that can happen with large somatic releases, or the limitations of talk therapy.

There are no prerequisites to healing with me. It is very important to me for our work to feel authentic, safe and empowering so I work hard to foster transparency, trust and attunement. I do this by providing education and respecting your own insight and agency, exploring side-by-side with you how your nervous system wants to be regulated.
