Neurosomatic Intelligence is a simple, but powerful approach to healing, creating change and resolving trauma that does not require revisiting or reliving the past It is a non-medical, non-pathologizing approach that utilizes simple exercises designed to target specific brain areas and the body's senses to increase healthy long-term regulation in the nervous system. These exercises are designed to facilitate change and positive adaptation without overstimulating or pushing past the body's boundaries.
